Literary Agency - Big Or Small - Which Is Best?

I hate the idea of getting lost in a big corporation. It just reminds me too much of Kafka’s ‘The Trial.’ Remember when Joseph K. Was trying to find out why they had arrested him, but he was shuffled back and forth between lawyers and court officials and women working in the court system, and he never did find out, until at the end of the novel he’s no wiser than at the beginning. You can have the same type of experience if you get hooked up with the wrong literary agency.
